International Clients Visit Carter Heavy Industry - An In-Depth Look at Our Excellence in Compact and Medium-to-Large Excavator Manufacturing

This week, Carter Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. welcomed a delegation of important clients from Europe and Southeast Asia. This visit served not only to deepen our international collaboration but also provided our partners with a firsthand opportunity to witness our comprehensive capabilities across the entire process of R&D, production, and testing for both compact and medium-to-large excavators.

The visit began with a tour of our second-floor product exhibition center, which showcases our full product line, ranging from 1.8-ton compact models to 38-ton large excavators. A engineering contractor from the Netherlands spent considerable time examining the agile and space-efficient CT18 compact excavator. He remarked, "This model looks ideally suited for the confined workspaces common in our urban projects. The power configuration and hydraulic system responsiveness appear excellent."

Next, the delegation proceeded to our structural component workshop. Here, clients observed the robotic welding process for the booms and arms of our larger excavators. The integration of laser measurement and automated welding systems ensures consistent, high-strength quality in these critical components. A client from Malaysia, after observing the weld inspection procedure, commented, "We have always had confidence in your structural durability. Seeing the quality control system behind it today gives us even greater assurance."

The main assembly line was a focal point of the tour. Clients walked along the line, passing stations for engine installation, hydraulic system assembly, and operator cab fitting. On site, our engineers demonstrated the assembly and initial testing procedures for the core hydraulic valve blocks used in our medium-to-large excavators, emphasizing our control standards for system efficiency and reliability. Delegation members not only took photos but also engaged in detailed discussions with our engineers on topics such as maintenance accessibility and region-specific configuration options.

Finally, the group moved to our machine testing area. Three excavators of different tonnages—including one compact model and two medium-sized units—were demonstrating slope climbing, slewing, and precision digging depth operations. The clients spoke highly of the smooth operation and low noise levels exhibited by a 25-ton model, particularly during complex combined movements.

As the visit concluded, a client representative summarized: "Carter Heavy Industry has not only shown us their advanced manufacturing equipment and strict quality control but also a sincere commitment to solving real-world problems through collaboration. The compact excavators' agility in tight conditions and the powerful performance of the larger models in mining applications were particularly impressive."

We believe that such face-to-face, on-site inspections allow Carter Heavy Industry to build a deeper level of trust with our global clients. We are committed to incorporating feedback from around the world into our continuous product improvement efforts, manufacturing excavation equipment that ever more closely aligns with market needs.

If you would also like to gain a deeper understanding of Carter Heavy Industry's products and world-class manufacturing standards, please feel free to contact us to schedule a visit. We look forward to the possibility of welcoming you.
